Recent strategic changes include selling nine farms in 2025—seven in Florida and two in Nebraska—for aggregate net proceeds of approximately $64.5 million yielding a $15.7 million net gain, repurchasing up to $55 million of its Series B and Series C preferred stock (LANDO and LANDP), modifying lease agreements on multiple properties to reduce fixed base rents in exchange for higher participation rents primarily recognizable in the fourth quarter, acquiring 1,530 acre-feet of water rights for about $583,000, executing new lease agreements boosting annual net operating income by roughly $166,000, refinancing debt including a new $10.6 million loan at 6.31%, and raising equity via its at-the-market program including 1.08 million shares for nearly $10 million.
